You deserve it | You don’t deserve it

Most of us have had people in our lives say, “You deserve it…”, but have you heard the voice in your head that says, “You don’t deserve it, you’ve messed up too many times…” or “You are a sinner and a failure…”. I think most of us have heard that as well or some similar version.

If you know Jesus and are a born again Christian, guess what…? You still may not deserve it, BUT Jesus deserves it! Let me explain.

When Jesus bought back our authority on this earth and paid the FULL price to redeem us from sickness, poverty and death, we didn’t deserve it. We were sinners and were separated from God. But now we are fully redeemed because of what Jesus did. He chose to be whipped and to be hung on the cross so that we could have life more abundantly and live free from sin. It must have been a horrible way to die, but He did it for you and me.

So, since He did all of this for us, don’t you think He deserves for us to take our place in the kingdom of God and truly accept all that He paid the price for?

Don’t you think He deserves for us to have financial freedom (He paid the price so we could) and be healed and in health??? Yes, yes, and yes! How would you feel if you get to Heaven and He asks, “Did you receive all that I paid the price for? Did you make it worth my sacrifice?” “Did you accept “life more abundantly” that I paid for and receive the healing and wealth that I provided for you?”

Friend, I believe Jesus deserves for us to live a life above and beyond so we can do more to get the unsaved—saved! How can you finance getting the Word of God spread to far reaches of the earth if you are struggling to pay your bills? How can you do anything for Him if you are sickly or diseased? He deserves more!

The devil has been defeated! Jesus defeated him! We have been given authority to cast him and his demonic cohorts out. That includes every sickness, illness, disease, poverty, and lack. Jesus defeated him and received ALL authority (as a government authority) over this planet and everything in it. Then, before Jesus ascended to the Father, He gave us the authority.

I don’t receive money from the owner of this link, I just believe we need to realize that it’s not about “our deserving”, it’s about “His deserving” as He does deserve for us to rise up and be all we can be to spread His gospel to save those that are lost. So we fight the good fight of faith believing that what He accomplished was enough for our bodies to be in health and our pocketbooks to have plenty to pay our bills, have nice things and plenty of goods, and to give abundantly into His kingdom. We take our stand against satan by submitting to God, because the devil is a trespasser on this earth—Jesus defeated him. Therefore, we have the right to cast him out of our lives, and cast out every sickness and disease and all poverty and lack. We receive and believe for abundance of health and wealth—to be who He wants us to be through His sacrifice.
