FINDING INNER WHOLENESS

Finding inner wholeness requires change. If we had already found it, then we wouldn't be searching for it. This is where learning how to change our mind is the only way we can get there. First of all is realizing that Jesus is our Lord and Saviour. He paid the price for our abundant life. Personally, I love the Holy Bible. I have read it and keep reading it and never grow tired of the amazing things God shows me in the pages that help guide me in my life. Positive input is important to help you change your mind and maintain a positive attitude every day. I listen to spirit-filled preachers preach the truth from the Word of God. Because they say that God loves me and is for me, and wants me to prosper, to live a blessed life, an abundant life.

When I think of inner wholeness, I think of being in incredible peace no matter what is going on around me. So, as we focus our attention on things that are pure, honest, just, virtuous, of good report, etc. then, I believe we can attain great peace. The meaning of repent is changing your mind, so if we change our thinking to God's way of thinking then we can achieve the success that He wants for us. We find the correct way of thinking by reading and studying His word, the Holy Bible, and by listening to spirit-filled preachers who preach His word.

It is clear that God knows what will make our lives the best that they can be. It's by submitting to God and improving our thoughts toward others and ourselves, improving what is in our hearts, improving what is coming out of our mouths and thus, improving our lives that is God's true desire for all of us and the path to finding inner wholeness. I also believe that thankfulness, gratitude, giving, and forgiving are a huge part of this. To forgive is necessary for you to achieve great success. There can be no real success while you are carrying a grudge—let it go! You will benefit much more than the person you forgave.

Seek to have better thoughts of excellence on a higher plane - where God is. I believe this is key. Then we feel better about ourselves and those around us. We are thankful and grateful so we attract better things into our lives and are able to help others along the way.

The Bible says that God's thoughts are higher than ours...so think on these things. I find it interesting that God says think on things that are pure.

BE AWARE:

We are bombarded on a daily basis with television shows with content that would have shocked us in earlier years. Images of hate, anger, killing, and sinful living can pollute your mind. Radio shows that blast unnecessary and impure words and music with unhealthy messages put the wrong thoughts and wrong attitudes into our soul. These bring fear and thoughts that can be harmful to our search for inner wholeness. There is seldom a "pure" thought in any of it, nor anything of virtue or of good report.

Be cautious what you allow into the gates of your soul. Be aware that when you hear or see things that are contrary to your goal, it is entering your soul and can make it harder to achieve the higher thoughts of God. Guard your heart. Many places in the Bible it says "Fear not." So when fear rises up, trust in the Lord Jesus Christ and come into a state of peace.

I once heard that if Christians knew the power they have - they would never be afraid again. I believe that when you realize that you have God-given power within you and can use that to be who you truly want to be, then, you take the steps to improve your life.

When you are thinking good thoughts, you feel good. Listening to good, positive teachings and even music make you feel good. When you are doing good things for others directly or indirectly, you feel good. When you are doing good things for you, such as, eating right, getting proper exercise for you, realizing you are taking part in Godly principles and that you have value because He made you valuable, then you feel good. Though feeling good is not what it is all about, having peace is important.

Yes, you have the power to accomplish inner wholeness by receiving the gift that Jesus provided for you, thinking on things that are pure, honest, just, and of good report. This is who you are, You were created for success. So, start by thinking higher thoughts and learn what needs to change to Attract Great Success!
